The Art and Science of Love
A two-day Gottman couples workshop in Oklahoma City
Make time for your relationship. Build friendship, deepen connection, and learn practical ways to navigate conflict together.
Led by Derek Colvin, LPC-S, Certified Gottman Therapist and Art and Science of Love Workshop Leader.
Next workshop: date, venue, and registration details coming soon.

A stronger friendship. A deeper connection.

Build your friendship: get to know each other’s inner world, express appreciation, and turn toward everyday opportunities for connection.
Navigate conflict: practice gentler ways to start difficult conversations, listen to each other, and repair when a conversation goes off track.
Create shared meaning: explore the hopes, values, and rituals that help you feel like a team.
What to expect over two days
Learn together through presentations, demonstrations, and guided exercises you practice with your partner. The focus is on bringing useful relationship skills into everyday life.
This is an educational couples workshop, rather than group therapy. You will have time to work together as a couple.
Whether you feel close and want to invest in your relationship, or have been feeling disconnected, the workshop offers a structured opportunity to understand each other and reconnect.
